The PRIMA Institute Foundations of Risk Management Program is specifically designed for those new to the risk management profession! Anyone with two years or fewer of experience managing risk will significantly benefit from this four-day course designed to give new risk managers grounding in the technical and managerial aspects of their jobs. Get ahead by familiarizing yourself with the five-step risk management process. A look at the big picture will demonstrate how risk management fits into your organization’s overall structure. At the end of instruction each day, participants will work in small groups to develop a model risk management program based on the case study provided.
