Chapter Needs Assessment Survey
In an effort to provide our chapters with new resources, PRIMA has developed a chapter member needs assessment survey. With the help of the 2009-2010 Chapter Relations Committee, this survey has been designed to help you identify your members’ demographic characteristics, industry issues, education and training needs as well as member satisfaction level. Member surveys are valuable tools that can help your chapter develop new educational offerings as well as recruit and retain members.
